Se pican los ramilletes de coliflor hasta quedar en porciones mĆ”s pequeƱas y se agregan al sartĆ©n, se saltean por 5 minutos, se agregan las 4 cucharadas soperas de crema, se mezclan los ingredientes hasta quedar integrados, despuĆ©s se desmorona el 1/4 de queso fresco y se aƱade al guiso, por Ćŗltimo se sazona con sal y pimienta negra al gusto.
