  4. Hervir abundante agua con sal y poner los sorrentinos a cocinar. El tiempo de cocción es de aproximadamente 5/7 minutos.
  5. Me sobraron algunos que frizze en una bandeja y después los pase a una bolsa para freezer. Con los recortes de masa que me sobraron los cocine en el horno y salieron unos grisines de calabaza para acompañar la pasta.
  6. El relleno pueden hacerlo de lo que quieran o tengan en casa. Yo hice de osobuco con cebolla caramelizada y queso y otros de pollo con acelga y nuez. Quedan muy buenos de ricota, jamón y nuez también. Solo tienen que procesar bien chiquito lo que van a ponerle y agregar de a poco huevo batido para lograr que les quede compacto. Condimentan con sal y pimienta a gusto. El relleno se pone cocido.
