- 200 gr Queso Mantecoso
- 100 gr Jamón Crudo
- 100 ml Crema
- 100 ml leche

- En una bandeja poner la calabaza, pintarla con aceite, sal, pimienta y taparla con papel aluminio (Para que no se reseque), mandale al horno 200 grados aprox por 20 min, sacar y fijarse si el interior es blandito como puré, si no es así colocarlo por 20 min más
- En una olla colocar un poco de aceite y sofreír el ajo, con las cebollas y el morrón, dejar reposar
- En una olla aparte colocar el choclo y hervir, pueden usar el de lata (yo no tenía), luego desgranar.
- Trocear los champiñones, los jamones y el queso de máquina en tiritas.
- Sacar del horno nuestra calabaza y ahueca todo sacando el puré sin que se rompa la cáscara!
- Mezclar en un bols el puré con la crema y la leche, agregarle el relleno de las cebollas, el choclo, los champiñones y los jamones y queso. Salpimentar podes ponerle ajo molido y orégano también.
Cortar en cubos el queso mantecoso y colocarle arriba.
Llevar al horno para grillar y derretir.
