- Una vez listo todo vamos armando los canelones, yo los hago tipo sobres para que no se escape el relleno y sea más fácil de servir, ponemos en el centro abundante calabaza, lo cerramos y vamos colocando en una fuente enmantecada uno al lado de otro
- Ponemos el queso arriba de cada canelón y luego la salsa blanca, lo llevamos al horno precalentadoa 180° por unos 15 minutos aproximadamente o hasta que gratine, a disfrutar esta rica receta.
