  3. Añadimos la harina, queso rallado a gusto, mezclamos bien, probamos para ver si le falta sal o más condimentos. Preparamos pan rallado, batimos el huevo. Formamos bolitas pasamos por el pan rallado y aplastamos para dar forma, luego por el huevo y por pan rallado
  4. En mi caso las hice al horno, aceite asadera y lleve al horno por 15 minutos a 220 grados, pero se hacen en plancha las cocinamos con un chorrito de aceite
  5. Listas!!! Yo las hice con pan, lechuga, tomate, huevo duro, cebolla y morrón salteados, mayonesa, mostaza y kétchup. Realmente quedan muy ricas
