Se pisa la calabaza con la cebolla para que quede lo más lisito y homogéneo posible (no tengo foto de este paso). Las semillas de la calabaza las saqué.
- Mientras preparaba los cuencos puse la mezcla en el freezer (porque es mejor para manipular). Preparé un huevo, harina integral (da igual cual sea) y pan rallado integral con semillas (ya viene el paquete así y está en precios cuidados también)
- Los pasos son: hacer bolitas de la mezcla y pasar por harina, después por huevo y por último por el pan rallado. Si la mezcla está muy húmeda agregarle pan rallado para que no se desarme tanto. Yo las aplaste un toquesito porque me pareció más práctico para cocinar. Una vez ya listas mandar otra vez al freezer. Mientras limpiaba mi cocina que era kosovo dejaba que se enfríe para que se compacte aún más.
- Yo las hice en sartén, ideal es al horno que es más sano. Con lo que sobró de huevo le agregue pan rallado y un toquesito de harina, y lo mande también a la sartén. Queda re rico y esta bueno para aprovechar las sobras.
