- Desgranar los choclos y procesarlos junto con varias hojas de albahaca.
- Poner a hervir los porotos. Si los dejas en remojo la noche anterior hervirán más rápido.
- Mientras hierven los porotos Freír en otra cacerola la carne y el chorizo cortados.
- Una vez que esta doradita la carne. Agregar la cebolla, el morrón y el ajo para que se diren bien.
- Luego agregar la cebolla de verdeo para saltearla también.
