- Extenderemos bien una de las láminas finas de hojaldre y sobre esta se pondrán dos lomos pequeños, salpimentados y con perejil, de merluza.
- Se cortará la forma de pescado sobre el hojaldre y al lado otra del mismo tamaño para cubrir nuestro pescado.
- Antes de cerrar el hojaldre se añadirá un poco de limón exprimido y finalmente se cerrará bien para que en el horno todos los jugos del pescado queden dentro del hojaldre, dando un mejor sabor.
- Meter al horno a unos 170ºC durante 20 min.
