- Después en un sartén se asan los pimientos de colores y los tomates amarillos y se muelen en la licuadora y se cuelan y se bacian a la olla...claro lo vamos a baciar una vez que ya hemos sacado la espuma para que agarre sabor el caldo...
- Una vez que hemos notado que nuestra pata y nuestra carne están a punto de cocerse agregamos primero el elote..8 minutos después la yuca y la papa y 5 minutos después la demás verdura...y no olvidar ponerle el cilantro....y taparlo hasta que la verdura esta lista apagarlo...
